Since I'm always talking about my super cute, brand new, baby cousin when I'm out in public. I decided it's time again, to blag (brag on your blog) about him. Isn't little William Xavier Isiah Penn the cutest? I'm lovin' the smirk. (He get it from his momma!!) LOL.
