A NEW ERA OF LOVE

In two days Gibran and I will begin a very new and big stage in our relationship. As we approach the two-year mark we've decided to take a leap of faith and move in together! He's coming to Cali so we can began to truly share our life together. A lot of people keep asking me if I'm nervous, and you know what? I am not. I know him, I love him, and most importantly, I believe in us. My dad always says you never know whether something is a good or bad decision until you've made it. Until then, you have to hope, believe, and have faith in your own wishes, thoughts, and comforts. I decided a while back that I was going to live for me and only me from that point forward. We're doing exactly what "we" want to do, and the only thing we care about right now, is our absolute happiness. For us, eliminating the 3,000 miles between us is the beginning of a new era. We're thrilled about the new union, and I hope you all can share in this joy with us. In the upcoming months we're going to be picking out a new apartment, adjusting to each other's crazy schedules and learning how to share our lives with the person we love the most.
