Vegas nights may be hot, hot, hot, but the temperature is FREEZING. Luckie (The Birthday Boy) and Nicole, were doing there best to laugh it off, but it was so cold, man, so cold! I'm talkin' 35 degrees, with a wind chill. The funny thing is, girls were still in short skirts and dudes still wore no jackets -- I guess it's a Vegas things...lol!!
